My goal as a licensed social worker is to help you feel safe, comfortable and supported through your therapeutic journey. As we start your therapeutic journey together, I will meet you where you are at. There are no right or wrongs when it comes to therapy; every person is unique and deserves to have a personalized approach to therapy. I personally take a holistic approach and look at all life factors and stressors that can be impacting a person. Through evidence based practices, we can work together in a safe and guided space to process life’s experiences, worries and stressors all while finding coping skills that work specifically for you.

I attended Stockton University where I received my bachelor’s degree in social work with a minor in gerontology. I then continued my education at Rutgers University where I received my master’s degree in social work with a clinical concentration. Through my education and professional career, I have worked with diverse populations. I have experience working with children, at risk youth in foster care and the aging population. My passion for social work is one of the greatest joys in my life but on my downtime I am a proud cat mom to Mister and Frankie. I enjoy baking all types of sweets and experimenting with new recipes. I also enjoy spending my days at the beach with a great book!
