I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for over 10 years. I have in-depth experience working with young adults and adults who are struggling with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder, clients experiencing relationship or parenting concerns, young adults who are dealing with the transition into adulthood, as well as client’s struggling with depression. Being a psychotherapist is one of the greatest joys of my life. I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Centenary College and my Masters degree in Social Work from Monmouth University.

As a therapist,  I am committed to providing a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. Working collaboratively with a highly personalized approach, we will gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and work towards achieving the meaningful changes you seek in your life.

I am guilty of drinking iced coffee 365 days a year. Outside of work you can usually find me cooking up a new recipe in the kitchen or with my nose in a good book. And every Sunday is Race Day!

I look forward to meeting with you and being a part of your personal growth.
